This is a full-time permanent opportunity. You’ll be asked to join our team Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. This role is situated in a fast paced office environment that ensures you have all the resources required to meet objectives. Your primary functions include order processing, quote processing, pricing implementation, lead qualification, CRM administration, reporting and pro-active sales processes, to complete and process RMA requests from our customers for repair or credit.  Some shipping/receiving support is required at times. Provide technical consultation and customer service to meet customer’s requirements for information regarding product repair, product replacement and credit.

This includes accurate and timely completion of the order entry process for both domestic and international customers, solving customer problems and responding to customer questions as expeditiously as possible. Your time will be dedicated to assisting with problem resolutions and supporting daily customer inquiries. Primarily you will offer customer service functions to ensure customers are provided with a level of service that exceeds expectations.

  • You are customer obsessed

  • Minimum 5 years industrial product focused customer service and order entry experience

  • You have proven skills in problem resolution

  • You are able to learn a complex order entry and inventory management system
  • You have worked in global entrepreneurial organization where everyone pitches in and gets the job done

  • Completed a college degree (2 year degree) an asset

  • Understanding business processes, good communication skills, superior telephone techniques

  • Displays a sense of urgency, polite, sincere, dedicated, accurate, resourceful, diligent, positive and calm under pressure

  • Strong computer skills required, including Microsoft Office, email applications and ability to develop skills in SAP, CRM and web-site navigation

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide

  • You have experience making complex decisions and pursue everything with energy, drive, and a need to finish, especially in the face of resistance and setbacks

  • Written communication is clear and succinct in a variety of settings and styles; can get messages across which would have the desired effect
