This customer service role is situated in a fast paced office environment that ensures you have all the resources required to meet objectives. Your primary functions include on-line and phone order processing, quote processing, pricing implementation, lead qualification, CRM administration, reporting and pro-active sales processes. Provide product consultation and service to meet customer’s requirements for information regarding product repair, product replacement and credit. Your time will be dedicated to assisting with problem resolutions and supporting daily customer inquiries. A full team of SICK sales professionals, technical experts and project managers collaborate with you on shared customer needs.

You qualify for a role in Customer Service with the below skills/experience:
You are customer obsessed
Experienced in industrial product focused customer service and order entry
You have a solid track record in customer service with proven skills in problem resolution
You have worked in entrepreneurial organizations where everyone pitches in and gets the job done
Completed a college degree (2 year degree) an asset
Understanding business processes, good communication skills, superior telephone techniques
Display a sense of urgency, polite, sincere, dedicated, accurate, resourceful, diligent, positive and calm under pressure
Strong computer skills required, including Microsoft Office, email applications and ability to develop skills in SAP, CRM and web-site navigation
You have experience making complex decisions and pursue everything with energy, drive, and a need to finish, especially in the face of resistance and setbacks
Written communication is clear and succinct in a variety of settings and styles; can get messages across which would have the desired effect
